Rates vary by expertise and experience, but our consultants typically earn between $100-$250/hour. Top performers in specialized fields (AI/ML, Cloud Architecture) can command higher rates. Average annual earnings are $180K+.
Can I work remotely?
Absolutely! Most of our engagements are remote, though some clients may require occasional on-site visits. You have full flexibility to work from anywhere.
How long does the vetting process take?
Typically 2-3 weeks from application to decision. We review your application within 3-5 business days, conduct technical interviews within 1 week, and make final decisions shortly after.
Do I need to be available full-time?
No! We work with consultants across all availability levels - full-time, part-time (20+ hours/week), or project-based. You choose your ideal workload.
What happens if a project doesn't work out?
We have a 2-week trial period on all engagements. If either party isn't satisfied, we'll find you a better-fit project immediately. Your success is our success.
Can agencies or teams apply?
Yes! We welcome both individual consultants and agencies/teams. If you have a team of 2+ consultants, select "Agency/Team" during application.
Do you provide benefits or just hourly rates?
As independent consultants, you set your own rates and handle your own benefits. However, we provide consistent high-quality projects, fast payment (Net 15), and professional development opportunities.
