What We Didn't Do
We didn't suggest an expensive, third-party CDP (Customer Data Platform) that would own their data and charge per-user. We didn't build a complex system that their internal team couldn't maintain.
The SenseSys Approach
We built a custom, real-time data streaming pipeline using vendor-neutral open-source tools. We enabled real-time personalization, dynamic pricing, and immediate stock alerts. By processing customer actions as they happened, the platform could show the right offer at the exact moment of intent. We also built an internal analytics tool that gave their marketing team instant feedback on campaign performance.
