The Challenge

A B2B SaaS company wanted to launch a field-operations mobile app quickly, but stakeholders were pushing engineering to start full feature development before user flows and screens were defined. The SenseSys Approach

We reset execution around a phased product delivery model. Phase 1 focused on UX foundations: user journey mapping, information architecture, low-fidelity wireframes, high-fidelity screen design, interaction states, and moderated usability testing with target users. In parallel, we only built backend foundations that were safe to implement early: authentication, environment setup, CI/CD, observability, API contract scaffolding, and microservices boundaries. Once screen flows were validated, we moved into phased application development with stable requirements and clear acceptance criteria.
